  • How will I know if my costume will fit in the carrying case?
    Our bag fits most frontline costumes. In the item description are examples of costumes that will fit in the carrying case. If you are not sure if your costume will fit, please email info@carnivalcapsule.com the exact picture of your costume. We will be happy to assist you.
  • Will the airlines take my carrying case?
    Most airlines are familiar with carnival. They consider the bag "special size" and will allow gate check before you board the plane. Similar to when they take a stroller or car seat. You can typically collect your costume at baggage claim or "oversized pickup area".
  • What payment options are avaliable
    We accept PayPal, Klarna, AfterPay and all major credit cards
  • What is the shipping timeline?
    All orders are processed withing 3-7 business days. For expidited shipping please select at checkout.
  • How can I purchase and pick up and carrying case ASAP?

  • What is your return policy?
